The young aspirants of today and tomorrow have an inclination to hold this degree as it will provide a deep understanding of the theories and emerging technologies that constitutes our day-to-day life. About The Department

The Department of Computer Science was added to our college agenda in the year 2005, under the affiliation of Bharathidasan University.

We brought the BCA and M.Sc program for our students closely behind, in the year 2008. Our department prepares the students for professional employment and progressive careers by equipping the students to hold exemplary skillsets, knowledge bases, and relevant experience. It also contributes the fundamental knowledge needed for long–term professional growth and active life-term learning of new developments in the field. The knowledge disseminated in the students calls for a mix of classical methodologies and novel technical developments, so the students have a comprehensive, far-reaching understanding of Computer Science - from its origin to modern developments.

Infrastructure

The Department is equipped with a well-furnished computer laboratory and a Digital Library furnished with the latest journals and books on Computer. A Smart Hall with excellent seating arrangement and LCD projector facilities is fully put to use by the Department.

FACULTY

The Department faculty members motivate the student to qualify for the outstanding and rewarding paths. The faculty has some of the best talents drawn from academics and management professionals. Faculty members act as mentors, guiding students during the courses to help them develop the necessary technical skills and attitudes required to become successful IT managers and corporate citizens.

Imayam Group Of Institutions is situated in Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu state of India. Established in 2004, and it is affiliated to Bharathidasan University. Imayam Group Of Institutions, Tiruchirappalli offers 21 courses across 6 streams namely Engineering, Arts, Commerce and Banking, Management, IT, Science and across 8 degrees like B.Tech, BSc, B.Com, BA, BCA.Hostel facility is not available for its students.
